Curated trip plans to inspire your next adventure — from quick weekend escapes to week-long explorations.
I'm a software engineer and traveler based in Davao City, Philippines. I built entako because planning a trip shouldn't mean spending 40 hours scrolling Reddit threads, YouTube vlogs, and travel forums — so I built a platform that does that research for you.
Every itinerary on entako is compiled from dozens of real traveler reports, cross-referenced with official tourism data, and verified for current pricing. For destinations I've personally visited, I add my own notes on top — but the research is always the foundation, not guesswork.
entako is a research-driven travel planning platform. We analyze hundreds of traveler reviews, Reddit trip reports, YouTube vlogs, and travel forums to build optimized itineraries with real places, verified costs, and practical tips — so you can stop endlessly researching and start packing.
We focus on Southeast Asia and East Asia right now. Each itinerary is built from real traveler data — not generic guidebook copy. Every price is sourced, every recommendation is backed by multiple reports, and we tell you when something is overrated.
Travel planning should be simple, visual, and trustworthy. Today, entako is a curated blog. Tomorrow, it becomes a full travel planning platform where you can customize itineraries, save your favorites, and share plans with friends.
I'm building a mobile app that lets you turn any entako trip plan into your own editable itinerary — with maps, budget tracking, and real-time collaboration. Join the waitlist below to be first in line.
For each destination, I collect 50-100+ data points from Reddit trip reports, TripAdvisor reviews, YouTube vlogs, and official tourism sources from the last 1-2 years.
I use AI tools to help structure the raw research into itineraries, then personally review every plan — verifying prices, cross-checking logistics, and adding my own notes for places I've been.
Costs, opening hours, and practical details are cross-referenced against multiple sources. Map data comes from OpenStreetMap. Every price shows when it was last checked.
Plans go live with full source transparency. Each article includes a Research Note explaining how it was built. I update content based on new traveler reports and reader feedback.
